Panel Operation Screen
When you try to operate the panel, an error message "Panel operation can't execute because another device is controlling the printer. Please exit Mimaki Remote Access which is using now." is displayed and panel operation cannot be executed.
- The panel operation screen can only be connected from one device at a time.
- If you want to disconnect the printer/plotter from the connected MRA device, please execute one of the following operations.
- Exit the currently connected MRA.Exiting MRA
- Press the [Enter] key on the printer/plotter.Canceling Procedure when Printer/Plotter LCD Screen is in Remote Control Mode
- The information screen can be viewed from multiple devices simultaneously.
After connecting, the connection between the printer/plotter and MRA is disconnected after a certain period of time.
- If no operations take place on the MRA for a certain duration after connecting, the MRA will be automatically disconnected, and panel operation cannot be executed.
To reconnect to the printer/plotter, select [Reconnect] from the dialog that appears when the connection is disconnected.
- This preset period of time refers to the timeout (key life time) set on the printer/plotter main unit.
