There is no printer/plotter reply.

  • Check that the printer/plotter power is turned on.
  • Check that the cable is correctly connected and not damaged.

It can't connect to the printer/plotter

  • Select the reload button to update the printer/plotter list.

It can not connect because of the unsupported model

It cannot connect because of the unsupported F/W version

  • The firmware version used is not compatible withMRA. Update the firmware to the latest version.

Registered favorites have reached the upper limit: 20

Invalid PIN Code

Please enter a 4-digit integer (0000 cannot be used)

  • Check that a four-digit PIN code was entered.
  • If the PIN code set in the printer/plotter main unit settings is "0000", enter any four-digit number between 0001 and 9999.

Connection is not allowed

It can't connect to the printer. Please check the network environment

  • Check that the printer/plotter power is turned on.
  • Check that the cable is correctly connected and not damaged.

Panel operation can't execute because another device is controlling the printer. Please exit Mimaki Remote Access which is using now.

  • The panel operation screen can be opened from only one device at a time.

Connection of printer/plotter has released.

  • Communication was canceled due to the printer/plotter key life time elapsing or the Enter key being pressed. To reconnect, select [Reconnect] in the dialog that appears.
