Printer Information Screen

No information screen is displayed for a printer/plotter.

  • Check that the printer is not in sleep mode.
    Printer information cannot be acquired while in sleep mode.
  • Make sure the printer/plotter used is compatible with MRA.
    MRA Usage Conditions
