Searcher Ltd. "We replaced our previous machine when its maintenance period was about to expire. We have been using Mimaki for many years and have had no complaints about their support or usability, and we decided that there was nothing else to change in terms of performance.

The designers, who are also operators, are all women, so the media changers are very active in the business.
The ink set has eight colors. When the machine was first replaced, the company had some difficulty matching the colors with those of the previous machine, but now they are accustomed to it and can operate it just as well as the previous machine. The machine is operated by a female employee who is both a designer and operator.
When asked about the operability of the machine, Ms. Matsushita, a graphic designer and operator, says, "The operation is almost the same as the previous machine, so it is easy to do."
"I appreciated the media changer. It is very convenient because it allows me to attach media that I use every day and special media that I use occasionally at the same time, and I can change the media just by operating the handle. I am a small person, but I can change media by myself, which is very useful."
The print speed was also well received. "I feel that the print speed has increased compared to previous machines, and designs that have started outputting reach the rewind point in no time at all. I used to have to work overtime to check the output until the machine finished printing, but now I can go home without working overtime because the output work is finished earlier," she says.

We want to be particular about the colors and settings, so there are advantages to having our own.

When we asked Mr. Endo about his future plans, he replied, "We are also involved in signage, indoor and outdoor decoration, design, and web production, and we would like to be able to offer a wide range of services, from logo mark production to branding. I believe that our strength lies in the fact that we can create a variety of things on our own, and I believe that this will add value to the clients who ask us to do so. We would like to continue to strengthen this system and provide total support for our clients to form to their creations or ideas."
